Vệ sinh kính mắt – có thực sự cần thiết?

       Phụ kiện không thể thiếu đối với những người có tất khúc xạ về mắt ( cận thị, loạn thị, viễn thị,…) đó là kính mắt. Sau một thời gian sử dụng kính của bạn chắc chắn sẽ bị mờ, dính bụi bẩn vào các khe kính gây mắt tính thẩm mỹ, thiện cảm với người đối diện nếu không được vệ sinh. Vậy bạn đã thực sự biết cách “chăm sóc” cặp kính quý giá của mình chưa?

Cùng tìm hiểu cách “chăm sóc (vệ sinh)” kính mắt cùng chúng mình nhé.

I. Vì sao nên vệ sinh kính mắt?

Việc đeo kính là rất cần thiết đối với người cận thị, viễn thị, loạn thị,…Nhưng chi phí thay kính là không hề nhỏ cho nên không thể thay thường xuyên được. Vì thế, nếu bạn không vệ sinh kính mắt thường xuyên thì bụi bẩn bám vào sẽ vừa gây mất thẩm mỹ, vừa ảnh hưởng trực tiếp đến đôi mắt của bạn.

II. Cách tổng “vệ sinh” cho kính mắt

1. Sử dụng khăn lau chuyên dụng:

Để vệ sinh kính mắt, bạn nên sử dụng khăn lau chuyên dụng cho kính mềm và sạch. Không nên sử dụng vải thôi vì nó có thể làm trầy xước kính. Khăn lau kính là sản phẩm tiện ích giúp bạn lau chùi, vệ sinh các vết bụi bẩn, vân tay, vết ố… trên bề mặt kính một cách dễ dàng mà không tốn nhiều công sức, tiết kiệm được thời gian cho việc làm sạch kính.

Bạn sử dụng khăn lau nhẹ nhàng tròng kính, gọng kính. Chú ý lau phần tròng kính và phần tròng nằm sát gọng ( nơi tích tụ nhiều bụi bẩn ). Bạn nên lau kính thường xuyên để tránh bụi bẩn tích tụ lâu ngày gây ảnh hưởng đến chất lượng của kính,  nên bảo quản khăn lau vào hộp kính để tránh bụi bẩn bám vào.

2. Sử dụng nước và xà phòng:

Lau bằng khăn thôi có thể là chưa đủ kỹ càng, cùng tham khảo qua cách vệ sinh kính bằng “nước và xà phòng” có chất tẩy rửa nhẹ với chúng mình nhé:

Bước 1: Rửa sạch tay 

Tay của chúng ta có thể không sạch do quá trình sinh hoạt thường xuyên tiếp xúc vào những đồ vật bám bụi bẩn. Trước khi vệ sinh kính, hãy đảm bảo bàn tay của bạn được vệ sinh thật sạch sẽ nhé:

Bước 2: Rửa qua kính với nước sạch:

Chỉnh nước ở mức nhẹ, không được để nước xả mạnh trực tiếp vào tròng kính. Nước và sức chảy của nước sẽ giúp loại bỏ bụi bẩn và các mảnh liti bám trên kính, tránh trầy xước như khi lau bằng khăn khô. Bạn nên lưu ý không sử dụng nước nóng, vì nước nóng có thể làm trôi đi lớp phủ tính năng trên bề mặt tròng kính.

Bước 3:  Rửa kính với xà phòng có tính tẩy rửa nhẹ

Bạn có thể dùng một lượng cực nhỏ xà phòng rửa tay hoặc dung dịch rửa chén để rửa và làm sạch tròng kính hoặc gọng kính. Hầu hết các sản phẩm làm sạch này đều có tính tẩy rửa và làm sạch các đồ vật. Tuy nhiên, bạn tuyệt đối không nên dùng các loại có tính tẩy rửa cao như dung dịch lau gương (kính cửa ) – chúng có thể rửa trôi, làm bong tróc lớp  phủ siêu mỏng trên bề mặt chiếc tròng kính.

Bước 4: Xả sạch và lau khô kính:

Hãy xả nước và rửa sạch cẩn thận hai mặt của tròng kính và gọng kính. Vì nếu không làm sạch hết dung dịch tẩy rửa, nó sẽ gây ra các vết mờ nhòe khi lau khô tròng kính. Nhẹ nhàng lau chùi gọng và tròng kính bằng vải cotton 100%. Việc sử dụng các loại khăn với vải xơ, cứng có thể làm trầy xước mắt kính của bạn. Sau khi khô hoàn toàn, bạn có thể lau kính một lần nữa bằng khăn lau kính chuyên dụng được tặng kèm khi mua kính.

3. sử dụng dung dịch vệ sinh:

Dung dịch vệ sinh kính chuyên dụng có khả năng làm sạch vượt trội. Bạn có thể dễ dàng tìm thấy dung dịch này tại các cửa hàng kính mắt hoặc hiệu thuốc. Sau đây là cách làm sạch kính bằng dung dịch vệ sinh chuyên dụng:

Bước 1:  Xịt dung dịch rửa kính mắt vào cả hai mặt của mỗi tròng kính.

Bước 2: Dùng vải lau mềm nhẹ nhàng lau chùi tròng kính cùng gọng kính. Bạn cần lau sạch toàn bộ các phần của chiếc kính.

Bước 3: Rửa sạch kính với nước và dùng vải mềm, khô lau lại sạch sẽ.

III. LƯU Ý CẦN BIẾT

  1. Không nên dùng vạt áo, mép vải trang phục hoặc khăn cứng để lau kính vì chúng có thể mang những hạt liti, bụi bẩn sắc cạnh làm xước tròng kính
  2. Không sử dụng máy sấy để làm khô kính, vì mức nhiệt từ máy sấy có thể làm biến dạng kính – nhất là các gọng kính được làm từ nhựa
  3. Nếu kính có vấn đề gì không thể tự giải quyết ( gãy, lệch, xước,…), bạn nên đến các cửa hàng kính mắt để được các chuyên viên giúp đỡ nhé
